To calm herself down, Sophie treats herself to an hour at the "White Swan" Health & Spa. However, the relaxation comes to nothing. The owners recognize her as the woman who sold them a supposedly completely renovated house. A house that turns out to be a perpetual building site. They want their money back and take Sophie hostage.
